GRID OF CHANGE (GRID)
A strategic board and puzzle game consisting of two modes: Battle (PvP) and Puzzle (PvE).

GOCPartner
The official partner program of the GRID OF CHANGE ecosystem, allowing players to refer new users and receive rewards based on real activities recorded in the system.

Partner
A participant who has successfully registered for the GOCPartner program. Partners have the right to invite other players, build communities, and receive rewards from valid activities.

Ref (Referral)
A player who is introduced by a Partner via a referral link or referral code.

Ref Code / Referral Link
A unique code or link identifying a Partner, used to invite other players to register (e.g. gocpartner.com/r/RefCode).

KYC (Know Your Customer)
A user identity verification process using valid identification documents (national ID, passport, etc.) to prevent fraud and illegal activities.

ELM (Elite Medal)
A reward unit within the GRID ecosystem, obtainable only through Puzzle Mode or special events. ELM cannot be purchased or converted into real money.

BCR (Battle Credit)
A reward unit earned from Battle Mode (PvP), used to exchange for GROC, spin Lucky Spin, or participate in events. BCR cannot be converted into real money.

GROC (Grid Resource Credit)
An energy unit used to play Battle Mode and participate in various GRID activities. Not convertible into real money.

CASHI (GRID Premium Unit)
A premium virtual currency used to purchase items and privilege packages within GRID. Not convertible into real money.

USD (Shop Revenue)
An internal conversion value representing real revenue generated from the Shop (units, items, top-up packages) or KPI-based activities (ELM, GRID Vault). Used solely to calculate and display commissions within the system.

Puzzle Mode
A puzzle-based PvE mode against bots, where players can explore and gain access to ELM mining after clearing intellectual challenges.

8x8 Mode
A PvP battle mode where players compete against each other and earn BCR as rewards.

Heart (Energy)
Energy used in Puzzle Mode. One heart is consumed when a player loses or exits a level, ensuring fair gameplay.

Commission
Rewards earned by Partners in USD based on real activities of their referrals, including:

• Shop revenue (skills, skins, top-up packages)
• Completion of ELM KPIs or GRID Vault activities (no direct commission from BCR).

Partner Rank
The level of a Partner, reflecting their capability and community influence (from Copper → Platinum). Higher ranks grant higher commission rates and withdrawal limits.

Non-KYC Ref
A player who has not completed identity verification and therefore cannot mine ELM.

Payout
The mechanism for withdrawing balances or converting rewards to external channels.

Event / Mission
Activities or events organized by GRID where Partners and players can earn rewards such as ELM, BCR, GROC, USD, and other incentives.

GOCPartner is not an investment project, does not promise profits, and does not promote financial FOMO.

Rewards are granted only from real activities, including gameplay, item purchases, inviting real players, and proper KYC completion.

The program adheres to the following principles:
• Transparency: Clear logs and statistical records
• Fairness: Fair rewards and penalties
• Security: No infringement on user data
• Voluntariness: Participants may leave the program at any time

Eligible participants include:
• All GRID OF CHANGE players wishing to join the community program and share legitimate revenue.
• Partners building communities, creating content, or leading real player groups.
• Users committed to growing with the GRID OF CHANGE ecosystem without violating game rules or misrepresenting information.

The following are not eligible:
• Individuals below the legal age in their country of residence.
• Clone, bot, or fake-KYC accounts.
• Users previously banned from GOCPartner due to violations.

Each individual may own only one GOCPartner account, which must be KYC-verified.

Participants are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all actions taken under their account.

Partners earn rewards from three main sources:
• Shop Revenue (Skills, Skins, Top-up Packages) → When a referral makes a purchase, the Partner earns a percentage of USD revenue based on Rank.
• ELM → When a referral successfully mines ELM, the Partner earns USD once KPI conditions are met.
• BCR → When a referral uses BCR at the GRID Vault, the Partner earns USD once KPI conditions are met.

Reward principles:
• ELM → converted to USD based on KPI
• Shop → directly generates USD
• BCR from GRID Vault → converted to USD based on KPI
• No automatic conversion between ELM, BCR, USD, and GROC
• Commissions from mobile top-ups may be adjusted due to store fees
• The commission mechanism is designed to ensure transparency and minimize legal risks

All rewards are recorded automatically on GOCPartner.com.

GOCPartner has 5 ranks: Copper → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum.

Each rank requires two performance layers:
• Personal: Self-mined ELM, self-earned BCR, number of referrals.
• Community: Active referrals, ELM from referrals, BCR from referrals, and community shop revenue.

Ranks are automatically upgraded when requirements are met.
If maintenance requirements are not met in the following period, the rank may be downgraded by one level.
